Welcome to https://events.iisindia.net, a platform operated by Anadee Digital Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Anadee," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of our event management, QR code generation, registration credit system, and analytics services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
1. SERVICES OVERVIEW
Our Services include:
- Creation and management of events
- QR code generation for registrations
- Entry validation and analytics
- Credit-based registration system

To use our Services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND FEES
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
5. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or third-party rights
- Upload harmful, fraudulent, or illegal content
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems
6. DATA OWNERSHIP AND PRIVACY
All data collected from event creation and management belongs to the user who created the event. We do not claim ownership of your content but reserve the right to use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and service improvement. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

support is available via email at support@iisindia.net or through the platform dashboard.
8. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this Agreement. You may also terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked.
9. DISCLAIMER
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Anadee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anadee and its affiliates against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Anadee.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.
- Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
